Introduction

Entrepreneurs we know who are both happy and successful tend to also be very resourceful. They do a lot with a little. And they actually continue to be very resourceful long after their companies or they themselves have had considerable success. It is just a part of who they are. They are enterprising as much as theyā€™re entrepreneurial.

enĀ·terĀ·prisĀ·ing /Ėˆen(t)ərĖŒprÄ«ziNG/ adjective having or showing initiative and resourcefulness.

The benefits of resourcefulness are obvious: when you require less time and money to solve problems and get things done, you get to do more things. Itā€™s like a superpower.

  • For people starting companies, this is particularly important. Resource constraints are everywhere when getting going.
  • Increasingly, we would also argue that resourcefulness is a hallmark of successful professionals in all walks. Weā€™re heading for a future when resourceful people do the jobs of many people at once.
  • Moreover, we will all find ourselves having to adapt constantly. We canā€™t rely on things staying the same as much as we once did. Navigating uncertainty requires resourcefulness.

There are tools available to help you maximize your resourcefulness and give yourself the best chance of achieving your entrepreneurial, professional and / or personal goals. These tools are both specific software applications and general ways of working. We encourage the entrepreneurs we work with to familiarize themselves with these tools (note: we are not affiliated with them). And we actively maintain the program below to reflect our view of best practice.

We call this program Systemize because it encourages you to think of yourself as part of a dynamic system, to be aware of the other elements of your system and how to work with them, and to re-combine various elements for maximum results.

Welcome!

Program Overview

We believe that making is thinking. So while you practice working with AI and learn about automating workflows, this program is designed to yield two outputs:

  • First, you will recreate a personal automation that weā€™ve already created (and which led quickly to the creation of this product that you now get free access to)
  • Second, you will work to identify a personal automation that can solve a problem that you experience in your life

(Quick note: every element of this program is designed for people with no computer science or programming background)
